The SPARKS Programme websites are provided by the SPARKS Programme, an initiative of London’s Enforcement Task Force. The Enforcement Task Force is a grouping of public authorities including Transport for London, London Councils, the Metropolitan Police and City of London Police.

Use of the SPARKS Programme websites – www.sparksproject.org and www.eurosparks.org - is governed by these terms and conditions. If a user does not accept these terms and conditions they should exit the SPARKS websites immediately. Specific attention is also drawn to the notice concerning copyright and the privacy statement.

The SPARKS Programme may at any time revise these terms and conditions without notice. It is up to the user to regularly review the terms and conditions in case there are any changes. Continued use of the SPARKS and Eurosparks websites after a change has been made is to be treated as acceptance of that change by the user.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes between a user and the SPARKS Programme arising out of the access or use of these websites. Omission by the programme to exercise any right under these terms and conditions will not constitute a waiver of such right unless expressly stated by the programme in writing.

Unless expressly stated the copyright and other intellectual property rights (such as, design rights, trademarks, patents etc.) in any material provided on these websites remains the property of the London Enforcement Task Force, London Councils and Transport for London.

Material on these websites including text and images, may not be printed, copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, displayed, modified, reused, broadcast, or transmitted in any way, except for the user's own personal non-commercial use.
