The SPARKS Network website is provided by the SPARKS Network, a membership association for public and private organisations involved in traffic management in EU member states.

The SPARKS Network is managed and operated by the PEP Partnership LLP (a Limited Liability Partnership registered in England & Wales, No. OC314012, registered office 15-19 Cavendish Place, London W1G ODD). 

Use of the SPARKS Network website – www.sparksnet.org - is governed by these terms and conditions. If a user does not accept these terms and conditions they should exit the SPARKS website immediately. Specific attention is also drawn to the notice concerning copyright and the privacy statement.

The SPARKS Network may at any time revise these terms and conditions without notice. It is up to the user to regularly review the terms and conditions in case there are any changes. Continued use of the SPARKS website after a change has been made is to be treated as acceptance of that change by the user.

Omission by the Network to exercise any right under these terms and conditions will not constitute a waiver of such right unless expressly stated by the Network in writing.
